Q: What is the minimum order that we can place?

A: We expect your minimum orders to be of at least US$ 5000. However, we understand that customersneed to place smaller sample orders for testing in the beginning to test quality of our products. Sample can be picked up free of charge from our address.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A:First Order 100% Advance payment

Subsequent order can be mutually discussed.

Q: What are your mode of payment ?

A: We accept wire transfer , LC , DA & DP, CAD.

Q: Please give some information on Shipping mode and charges?

A: Normal mode of shipment are –by “Sea and “Air “. However, we also use Courier, Post, EMS etc. upon requests from customers. It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping costs or we can send the goods on “Freight To Collect basis”.

The shipping charges vary according to the size of shipment, destination and Mode of dispatch. C.I.F. rates are quoted upon request if you inform us the exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred by you.

Q: How many countries do you sell in ?

A: export to about 80 countries all over the world since the last 30 years

Q: Can you please send us the sample free of cost for our evaluation?

A: Yes the samples will be provided free of cost, however logistics will be borne by customer.

Q: Can i get customized samples under OEM?

A: No, we give samples in our brand for testing. Once the samples get approved, we can offer products in your brand.

Q: Since you are manufacturer would it be possible for you to develop product for us?

A: Yes, for sure we have successfully helped many companies around the world to develop   in developing new sizes and productswith focused on quality & timely delivery on project.

Q: Are there any charges for developing new size or product?

A:Cost of development varies product to product and can be discussed via email. To Support on customer, we develop the product at cost.

Q: What is your MOQ for underpad/ diaper in OEM?

A: One load of 40ft’ container since the product is freight sensitive and would make per pcs cost unattractive with lower quantity.

Q: What is your production capacity of blades per year?

A:120 million pcs of  blades per year and every year web enhance our production by 20%.

Q: what is the process of sterilization and shelf life of product?

A: the products are Gamma sterilised and shelf life is 5 years from the date of sterilization.

Q: Can we re-sterilize your products?

A: No it is strictly prohibited.

Q: What is the lead time for delivery of products?

A: First order: 10-12 weeks as for the first order we have to set up in the system and get approval on artwork and hence lead time start on payment realisation.
